You receive this message, because Secutity Solutions detects a potential unwanted file in your computer. From what it seems the software cannot remove it or move it to quarantine. For this reason, I suggest you to temporarily disable Security Solutions and download and install avast! Free Antivirus or Avira Free Antivirus. After the installing process is complete, run a full system scan and delete the unwanted detected files. Also, if you're using Windows XP or below, I suggest you to update Windows Installer using the package provided by Microsoft. If you're using Windows Vista or above, update it through Windows Update.
