I'm using Quick Heal 2014. When I start my laptop, the scanning process starts automatically. Also, after the scan is complete, it starts again and again. I can't open it on my desktop. What can I do?
In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type msconfig and open the utility. Click the Startup tab and un-check the boxes next to Quick Heal products. After that, reboot your computer and download and install Quick Heal Removal Tool compatible with your system. Run it and uninstall the software. If it doesn't work, you can try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
