I can't play because of the ActiveX. How can I turn it on?

Try to reset the ActiveX settings on your browser. Go to Internet Explorer then select Tools > Options > Advanced and locate ActiveX. Change the settings to allow the browser to run ActiveX components. Restart the client and then you can play.
