I have a problem with my chips.

I'm a player on their website, but I have a problem with my chips. I can't see them as usual. Also my balance is smaller. What can I do?

If the balance is smaller and you can't see the chips, you will need to contact the support team. You can get in touch with them using +44 (0) 808 802 0133 phone number or responsiblegaming@partyaccount.com email address. Also, make sure you're running the latest version of the official client.
