My printer stopped printing. The paper comes out OK, all ink cartridges are full, but some faded red points appears and some script will come in faded black, but mostly blank. I tried to change the ink cartridge that appears empty, but I cannot get the ink unit to come up in order to change it. I can't find the instruction for pushing the stop button. What can I do?

From what it seems, there is an ink cartridge that is empty. If you can't make the ink unit to come up in order to change it, I recommend you reset the printer. This process depends on your device model. You can find instructions and guides accessing Google search engine, but I recommend you contact directly Epson Support team. If the ink cartridge is not empty, you will need to visit a local Epson service center.
