I'm receiving an error from Epson Stylus Photo R390 printer. It tells me to check the documentation. I have SSC Service Utility version 4.30 but I can't use it with my model. Can you help?
Unfortunately, as you can see on the official web page, SSC Service Utility is not supported by Epson Stylus Photo R390 printer. If you no longer have the documentation that will help you to solve the issue, you can download it from Epson Manuals & Documentation page. Also, there is an online troubleshooting guide available that will help you solve all major issues. If you need to reinstall the drivers or some software, you can acquire them from Epson Drivers & Software section.
