It might be a software or hardware problem... Try reinstalling the software... After uninstalling just clean your registry using some good registry cleaning utility... Then install... Just check it out... If this doesn't work there might be some hardware problem... I would advice that you call up someone who has some technical knowhow... He might help you out in the problem... :) :) :)
