The drivers is not working either because it is not compatible with your system or it is not installed correctly. In order to fix the problem, navigate to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information, expand the Components list and check your device model. After that, navigate to the developer's web page and download and install the latest available drivers.
