In order to fix the issue, navigate to Acer Downloads page, identify your notebook model, select your operating system and download the latest webcam files available. After that, right-click on the Computer/My Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Imaging devices list, right click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your PC, use the Browse tool to navigate to the installation package, select the drivers and install them following the provided instructions.
