This issue occurs, because Acer OrbiCam doesn't recognize your webcam device. In order to fix it, right-click on the Computer icon, select Manage and open the Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Imaging devices lists, locate the webcam driver, right-click on its icon and select Uninstall. After that, navigate to Acer Drivers and Manuals, identify your computer model, select your operating system and download and install the webcam files. If the problem persists, I suggest you to use another webcam capture utility.
