In that case i would suggest you to take it from an official site and upgrade it and about installation you need to follow the below steps:-
After downloading the file you need to open usb tool and choose create a dos bootable.
Now choose the folder where you have extracted the win98SEbootable iso once your usb bootable stick is created.
Then add to this usb stick your original (Let say) M1530 EXE bios, the modded bios.gz file
Then reboot your system and in the command prompt, type : (Let say) 1530BIOS.EXE -readgzfile
This will open the flash tool and select YES to flash the BIOS and if it's good it will flash your bios with the modded bios.gz
Finally your system will be rebooted and your bios is flashed with modded bios slic 2.1...
