Content Transfer is developed to work only with Walkman MP3 Players. If you're using an ordinary player and you want to connect it to your PC, I suggest you to use an application from the developer web page, or simply, an USB cable. If you want to reinstall the program, remove it completely using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and download and install a new copy following the provided instructions.
