How do I put music from the computer to my new Mp3 Player?

I just got a new MP3 player for Christmas and I am not good at computer stuff at all. How can I get music onto my new MP3 player?

When you buy an MP3 player, you will also get a USB cable which you can use to transfer music from computer to the device. Simply plug in the cable to both ends (one to the MP3 player and the other one to a USB computer port). If required, activate USB mode in the MP3 player's menu. The internal storage device will be available in My Computer from where you can copy and delete music. You just copy content from one directory to another.

i need my log in address and password to load my music to my new i pad and i do not have this available as someone else loaded my music to my mp3 player. or can I get a new log in account

Connect you Mp3 Player to the computer via the usb cable, than copy the files to Mp3 Player.
