Camera Assistant Software is free of charge and you don't need to activate it in order to use it. To fix your problems, I suggest you remove the program from your computer and download and install the utility from an official source. Navigate to Toshiba Support page, identify your computer model, select your operating system and download and install the latest webcam files. After that, launch the program to activate the webcam. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact the support team.
