Firstly, remove the utility using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Imaging devices lists, right-click on the webcam driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, make sure that your webcam is connected, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers.
Also, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Display tab, check your video card model and download and install the latest drivers from the developer's page.
