Why does it try to install every time when I open my Windows computer?
This issue occurs because when you tried to install the software the installation process failed. The program is partly installed on your computer. I suggest you to try to remove the utility from your computer using Revo Uninstaller and after that to reinstall it. If this doesn't work, you can use the troubleshooter provided by Microsoft.
