How does QTP use Roxio?

I get an error message saying Roxio Creator Starter certificate file cannot be found. What relationship is there with Roxio and QTP?

There is no information about QTP and Roxio. I have searched on the Internet and there is no information related to this request. It's possible that you will have to register the application to be able to use it, and because there is no registration (certificate generated based on the activation), you receive the above error.
