How do I transfer saved data from the disk back to the computer?

Insert the disk in your computer CD/DVD-ROM, go to My Computer and doble click on the CD/DVD-ROM icon. Select your items that you want to transfer and copy them (Ctrl+C, or right click on the selection and press copy). Go to where you want to put them and paste them there (Ctrl+V, or right click there and press paste).
