You can't transfer data to your mobile device using LGT Mobile Manager. In order to transfer multimedia files (photos, music, videos) from your PC to your phone, you will need an LG USB cable. Once your device is connected, you can access the LG drive from Computer/My Computer and transfer the files. Make sure to select Mass Storage from your mobile device screen.
If your computer doesn't recognize the phone, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the device using the cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows should automatically find and install the driver.
Also, you can transfer the files using LG PC Suite. Go to the official web page, identify your mobile model and download and install the PC Suite software.
