You can't launch the application because either it is not compatible with your system or some of its files are corrupted. In order to fix the problem, uninstall the program using its uninstaller from the application directory or Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install the latest version of the software. Also, make sure your security program doesn't block the connection and go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through Windows Firewall and check the box next to Chikka TXT Messenger. If you can't find the software in the Allowed programs and features window, press the Allow another program button, navigate to the installation directory, select the executable file and press Add.
