I have installed the software 4 times and each time it states "Unable to find Magcore.dll and that program may not work".

I have installed the software 4 times and each time it states "Unable to find Magcore.dll and that program may not work". I have since downloaded the very latest version and it doesn't work either. Please advise as installation of software should not be this difficult.

This DLL file does not belong to the WinFast PVR2 application, it's from the ArcSoft MagCore programs. Use a CCLeaner to remove the registry keys because this could be a reason why you encounter this issue, then perform a new installation.
