Firstly, go to Start, type %appdata% and open the 3Connect directory. If you can't find the text messages in that folder, go to start and type kind:txt in the Search programs and files field. The search engine will display all the files on your computer that are using .txt as file format. If you still can't find the file, open again the Search menu and type System.DateModified:mm/dd/yyyy where mm/dd/yyyy is the day when the file were transferred on your PC. If none of these help you, you will need to transfer again the messages to your computer.
