Join Air is an application developed by ZTE that allows you to connect to Internet via a modem. If it is not working on your Windows 7 computer, right-click on the launcher, select Properties and navigate to the Compatibility tab. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for box, select a compatible platform from the drop-down list, click Apply and then OK. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact the developers and request a newer version of the software or an alternative application.
