Since installing Join Air I can't connect to the Internet. The dashboard shows the signal, network and connection type, but when I click on connect, it says "Connection failed". Also my old dash board doesn't work anymore. I have Windows XP.
There are a few things to try if the modem isn't connecting:
Go to Device manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and make sure the driver for your modem is installed correctly. If there is something wrong with it, right click it and choose Update driver then follow the instructions.
You don't have reception for your modem, therefore any connection will be hard to establish.
The software bugged or corrupted and it needs a re-install procedure.
