What about this and why it doesn't seem that BB is proposing any patch about that unsolving problem. I've been looking on various forums and all seem to advise to uninstall completely BB Desktop Manager, to reinstall this one and not accept the Roxio Media Manager application. I've done the unistall and reinstall already, completely. I didn't try the same not accepting Roxio Media Manager. Should I do this like that or do you propose any other operational solution?
