After downloading the program from Creative, I'm unable to get it to run. The installation process appears to be OK, but when I click Run, I get the "hourglass" for about 30 seconds, and that's all. What can I do?
You can't run the program either because it is not installed correctly or it is not compatible with your system. Firstly, in order to fix the issue, I suggest you remove the software from your computer and run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database. After that, reboot your computer and install the software again. If the problem persists, contact Creative Technology Support team.
