I'm not able to sync the desktop with my iPhone. The desktop is not opening with all the items. I can get to the sync stage, but nothing happens. I'm using a Windows 7 computer. Can you help?

Firstly, I suggest you download and install the latest version of SplashShopper on your computer. Also, make sure that the software is installed on your device. After that, you will need to connect the computer and the iPhone to the same WiFi network and to open the software on your mobile. Tap the Sync button, select the name of the desktop computer and tap Start Sync. If you have issues, I suggest you navigate to Start > All Programs > SplashData > SplashShopper Desktop and to open the official user guide.
