I'm not able to connect the iPhone via Bluetooth.

I'm running Windows Vista 32bit, on my HP 6375s and I have just purchased a Toshiba Bluetooth dongle bt1.2/2.0/2.1 to set up my iPhone 4. The program finds the phone, but the phone is not connecting (it is switched on and discoverable). I get a "Pan Server Denied" message on screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times with the same result. What can I do?

Firstly, you need to know that you can pair your phone to your computer by Bluetooth to use only the personal hotspot feature, nothing else. In order to fix your problems, I suggest you check the troubleshooting guide provided by Apple. Follow one by one the steps from the guide and check where is the issue.
