In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update the software to the latest version. First, uninstall it using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and after that, navigate to the official web page, select your webcam model and download and install the provided files. If it doesn't work, you can try other similar applications from Software Informer database.
