Unable to support local peer discovery.

Is there any software available to solve the problem? Some sites also show DHT not allowed.

You probably need to change the torrent client, because most of the updated ones already support this feature. For example, the most used client (uTorrent) supports this feature, besides DHT and peer-exchange.
