I think you get the error as follows.

Unable to rename 'C: Program Files Borland Delphi7 Bin delphi32. $ $ $' To 'C: Program Files Borland Delphi7 Bin delphi32.dro

C: Program Files Borland Delphi7 Bin folder, and C: Program Files Borland Delphi7 Project folder problem will be fixed if your user authorized to modify.
