I use Borland Delphi7 but the Database Desktop don't run. I don't know what is the reason.

I use Borland Delphi7 but the Database Desktop don't run. I don't know what is the reason. Can you help me?

To make it work, turn off the UAC from the Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety and move the Database Desktop out of the Program Files folder. Copy the entire folder structure to somewhere else. This fix is known to work in this case.
