Be mindful, any software by "Uniblue" says "FREE DOWNLOAD" and that part of their statement is true, you can download it free however to RUN it, you gotta pay. "Uniblue" doesn't give away anything.

WMP Doesn't has all the Codecs required to play every Video u're going to find on the WWW. Some videos require especific codecs, that you can add (or fill the gap) with third party software.

I personally would recommend you XP Codec Pack. You can easily find it here on software, informer! Check this link: http://windows-media-player.software.informer.com/questions/10365/

This is the developer Website: http://www.xpcodecpack.com/

In order to fix the issue, navigate to Start > Control panel > Uninstall a program > Turn Windows features on or off, expand the Media Features list, un-check the box next to Windows Media Player, click OK and reboot your PC. After that, go again to Turn Windows features on or off, enable Windows Media Player and try again to play the movies. If it doesn't work, install Combined Community Codec Pack and try again. Alternatively, I suggest you play the movies using VLC Media Player. It is free of charge and supports all major audio and video formats.
