Used your update service and spent over an hour downloading and installing the update YOUR porgram said I needed, however, after doing so, YOUR program does not show the update and says that it still needs to be updated. WHY???

Used your update service and spent over an hour downloading and installing the update YOUR porgram said I needed, however, after doing so, YOUR program does not show the update and says that it still needs to be updated. WHY???

Did you try clicking the 'Refresh' button in siClient after updating the programs?
