Firstly, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and press Uninstall. Reboot the PC, connect the Samsung device using the USB cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the driver. After that, download the updated version of Samsung PC Studio directly from the official Samsung D900I page and install it following the on-screen instructions. Launch it and once it recognize the phone, transfer the files. If you can't transfer them, try using Samsung Kies. Also, you can download them manually. Once the device is connected to the PC, open its drive through Computer/My Computer and transfer the photos using Copy/Paste feature.
