The first thing you have to check is the driver. Go to Device manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc). You will have to do this with the phone connected to PC. In Device Manager, right click yellow items and select Update Driver. When you installed PC Studio, there was also a driver installation support for Samsung phones. Let Windows install the necessary driver. Disconnect then re-connect the device and it should be available in the Samsung PC Studio. Choose PC Connection then click on Manage Files. Browse through files and you will have the possibility to copy the files you select to the PC.
