I can't open my photos.

I can't open my photos. They came with Photo.Teller Home, but the file is not opening. The installing process always freeze when it reach "Examining Installation". I want to open my photos. Can you help?

If you're using Windows XP or below, I recommend you update Windows Installer using the package provided by Microsoft. If you're using Windows Vista or above, update Windows Installer through Windows Update. After that, temporarily disable your security program and Windows Firewall and install the software. The photos can be opened only by Photo.Teller Home program. If you still have problems, I recommend you contact the developers using the contact information from the official web page.
