If the application is not opening, I suggest you to remove it using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and download and install its latest version. Also, make sure that your security program and Windows Firewall doesn't block the software. If it still doesn't work, and you want to get back your money, you will need to contact the developer. Alternatively, you can use other VOIP software from Software Informer database.
