My monitor shuts off while playing The Rise of Atlantis.

I have played Rise to Atlantis a lot and I have over 400 lives and over 200 bombs, lighting bolts, changers, each. Recently, when I launch the game, I get to play maybe one level and when I almost finish the level my monitor shuts off. I've switched monitors without success. It's happening only with this game. And I have to power off my power bar to restart my PC. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Display tab, check your video card model and download and install the latest drivers from the developer's web page. Also, download and install the latest version of DirectX. If it doesn't help, use support@iwin.com email address or the form from the official web page to get in touch with the Support team.
