Why was kascend removed?

Kascend used to be my best application to download and watch drama, but now it seems to be removed. May I know what is the reason for doing so? Is the application causing any disturbance to public? If not, can I actually request to have this application back?

The application was removed from Google Play because it violated the terms of Google. Because of this, the chances that it will be added again in the Store are low. However, visit the official website of the developer. You should be able to obtain a download link from there.
