I have Samsung F480 and there is a problem with SYNC on my PC.

I have a new phone in Hebrew (FSH480). The sync feature does not copy correctly the appointment from and to PC Outlook. When I want to print contacts, I cannot sort the contacts. When I want to export them to Excel, it says "There are no items to export". Can someone give me and idea on what to do?

Remove the PC Suite application and install the new one from the support page of this product. PC Suite is able to export contacts to the CSV file format which you can later import into Excel.
