Vidonn is not syncing. What could be the problem?

Can't get my data to sync to homepage.

Since the data is distributed to the phone first, you need to perform synchronization between the bracelet and the phone, then connect the phone to the Internet and sync it. If you have issues with synchronization, check your account and reset the password, if necessary. Additionally, switch the network connection to avoid any possible Internet connections.
