Can't connect my phone to the Samsung PC Studio.

I cannot get the Samsung PC Studio to connect my USB. The phone will not connect. I downloaded the drivers for version 3.2.1 and then I downloaded Samsung PC Studio 3.2.1 and plugged in my USB which was connecting because new hardware was recognized on my computer. However, when I opened PC Studio 3.2.1 it did not connect. This was the case even after I hit connect under USB. Can you help?

The cause of this issue is usually caused by a bad installation of the drivers or if the device wasn't installed properly. Go to Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and locate the phone in the list. Right click it and select Update Driver then point the installer to the driver installation folder. The computer should install the correct driver for your handset and then you can use it in Samsung PC Studio.
