Reactivating the SocksCap accounts.

I'm from Malaysia and I have 2 SocksCap accounts, but both are now expired. How can I reactivate them? I need an agent contract number from Malaysia.

Unfortunately, you can't reactivate the SocksCap accounts because its servers are down. From what it seems, the software has been discontinued and and it is no longer supported. Also, the developer is out of business and there is no contact information available.
