This means that your computer is probably infected with a trojan. Download Combofix on another computer and boot your computer to Safe Mode then run Combofix from the storage device (pen drive). Run it and let it scan the whole computer. At the end of the installation the results will be displayed along with the infected items. Once this completes, reboot the computer and then you can install the antivirus.
