Problems using Screen Editor with my program.

I have a program to read the contents of holding register using ModBus RTU format. The problem is that it is not working with Screen Editor. What should I do in order to configure the HMI unit as ModBus master and my micro-controller as RTU slave? How can I know that any request is going from HMI unit to the controller?
