How can I create an invisible ID in Rediffbol messenger with same nick?

I have to ask some question which is very much concerning about Rediffbol. Whenever I go there to chat, an invisible user comes over there to bother someone and boot me out with his activity. Is there any solutions which can make his all activity resist by using any software or any such kind? If there is any solution can you please tell me? I want to know how they create a duplicate ID which is very much same to mine? Is really any such software which helps him to create a duplicate ID?

This trick will get your account banned. The users who are invisible and using this flaw in the system, will be banned. They are using custom code to make their nickname invisible. It isn't recommended to do it or you will lose access to the service. The only way to get rid of it is to contact the developers of the application.
