HP Solucion Center default settings

Question

When scanning documents, I can't get HP Solution Center software from cropping the page, even though the setting for automatic cropping is deselected. I was thinking uninstalling the software and reinstalling might help, but your download link above doesn't work. It goes to the default HP.com website and the software does not download.

Any help would be appreciated.

HP defaults to the photo crop, but simply switching to fax (ie full pic zoom) should fix that.

otherwise go to HP support, enter your printer/scanner type (eg officejet 5600),

download the software.
