My computer is infected with malware. Please help me remove it.

I can't remove gzs.jspre/net and related(?) items: "Your PC is ready to crash","Hard disk is getting full", "Your PC does not function OK and is slow". My laptop also starts a Windows backup without my approval. I cannot remove either gqs.donedrive.net. Did I get infected? I have Windows 7.

I urgently recommend you to download Combofix in order to remove rogue applications. You should start the computer in SafeMode so that Combofix can take advantage of the full system. The computer might restart during the cleaning procedure.
