Install Snagit on your computer, then connect to the remote computer through TeamViewer or a nlocal remote tool. Set a hotkey for Snagit to capture fullscreen, then go into fullscreen mode and you can take a snapshot. This should work as there is no motion involved. You will capture an image as if you were in front of that computer.
